Added custom domain auto-registration and upload sessions for MCP clients

  • Custom domain support, with account subdomains auto-registered with Caddy on creation
  • Upload session feature for MCP clients and in-app chat, so large assets can be uploaded reliably
  • Asset viewer now shows image previews and prevents editing binary files
